[07/02/2017] Before entering Thailand, I have made a quick stop in the “fine” city of Singapore! You could get a big fine for crossing the street without green light or drinking water on the train- both of which I have done repeatedly. There is not too much to see here, but the Marina Bay Sands building and downtown is certainly worth checking out!
[27/01/2017] I have finally made it into South East Asia, entering through Malaysia’s Capital of Kuala Lumpur! The Petronas Towers are surely great to look at, but I had to get out into the nature quickly again and spent a few days on the Perhentian Islands before finishing it off at the Teluk Cempedak Beach. Great start!
[13/12/2016] Welcome to the Dominican Republic, the final episode of my sailing trip and host of the best beach I came across in the Caribbean: Bahia de Las Aguilas! Simply amazing water and certainly worth the hiking effort it takes to get there. You will also see more palm tree covered beaches from Playa Madame and Samana as well as the Limon waterfall. Enjoy! =)
[05/12/2016] The Island of Dominica is known to be a heaven for hikers. Sadly we did not have much time again, but we still managed to reach the Boiling Lake, the second biggest natural hot pool in the world! You also get a chance to see our beloved captain Marlen for the first time on camera 🙂
[04/12/2016] In this episode we were hitch hiking right into the luxury resort Sugar Beach, perched in between the big and small Pitons. Those two amazing shaped mountains rising out of the ocean made Saint Lucia my favorite Caribbean Island!
[01/12/2016] After arriving in Union Island, we continued our sail through Saint Vincent and the Grenadines towards the beautiful Tobago Cays and Bequia, where some guy decided to balance a bottle of beer on his head for some reason 🙂
[27/11/2016] It was finally start to sail off! Together with Bo, who contacted my via my blog, we would spend the next 1-3 weeks with an ex US Marine Colonel and his Morris M46 Yacht. Leaving Grenada behind, we enjoyed a first smooth sail in best weather and arrived in Union Island, the first out of many Islands belonging to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
