SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE in 2021 ✈️ the prettiest PUEBLO MAGICO near Mexico City?

San Miguel de Allende

📅 April 27th, 2021 ▶️ On my next stop during my Mexico 2021 Trip, I enjoyed the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende. Possible the prettiest of Mexico’s Pueblo Magicos, located just 270km northwest of Mexico City. The main attractions here are the gorgeous colorful streets as well as the Parroquia San Miguel Arcángel Church, which was actually inspired by a European Gothic Church and finished in the 19th century. What is your favorite Pueblo Magico in Mexico? Let me know in the comments below! 🙃

Peña de Bernal & Querétaro Mexican Cities [Mexico City Day Trips]

Peña de Bernal & Querétaro

📅 April 2021 ▶️ In my second video of my Mexico 2021 trip, I will show you the beautiful towns of Bernal and Querétaro, both very close to Mexico City! Peña de Bernal is one of the pueblo magico and the rock that can usually be climbed. Due to Corona restrictions, the waiting time was too long though and we skipped it. Querétaro is much larger, but still has some cool spots to see like the Querétaro Aqueduct “Los Arcos”. The absolute highlight of my time there was spending the sunset at a private pool house of my Couchsurfing host! Had a blast checking out the Slow motion features of my new Action Camera 😆

Mexico City Travel in 2021 (travel without quarantine)

mexico city beer

📅 April 2021 ▶️ Mexico City Travel in 2021: I had been waiting for a year to travel again and with the USA being far ahead in their vaccination program, I decided to hike the Pacific Crest Trail this year! The issue is that I could not enter while being present in the EU within 14 days prior to the trip. Going to Mexico first allows me to enter the USA and it is also one of the few countries to travel without quarantine. I have never been to the central part of Mexico, so it was a great option to kick off my new 2021 trip around the world! This first episode covers everything I experienced in my first week here in Mexico City, from cervezas to landmarks.

Can I travel again & how to plan a round-the-world trip (80 planned countries until 2024)

travel again

📅 April 2021 ▶️ We all ask ourselves when we can travel again. After a full year of waiting and a few rearrangements in terms of first destinations, It looks like I can finally persue my plans again, starting today! This second Round-the-world trip through 80 countries, 57 of them which I have never visited before, is going to be very different & interesting. This video will show you how I plan my round the world trip and it also give you a very good idea of which areas I intend to visit (and why). Starting off in Mexico with relatively low Covid19 cases and then going into the USA with a super fast vaccination speed, I will spend most of my time outdoors in my tent on the Pacific Crest Trail and will hopefully be safe from the virus. I will get off the PCT around end of August and am hoping that the rest of the world will catch up with their vaccinations as well to make the remaining itinerary possible without further delays!

Whale Watching at Hervey Bay in Queensland [6 hour whale tour]

herveybay

📅 August 2018 ▶️ I have been to a few whale watching tours during my past trips, but the one to Hervey Bay near Fraser Island in Australia was certainly one of the best ones! We spent six hours on the ocean and encountered so many whales that I actually stopped counting at some point, but it would have been at least 40-45! Let me know what you think of the dramatic music in the beginning and if you think it fits to the scene 🙂

The Wonderland Hiking Trail around Mount Rainier (7 day trek near Seattle)

wonderland trail

📅 September 2016 ▶️ The Wonderland Trail is a 93 miles or 150 km long trek encircling 14,411 ft (4,392 m) high Mount Rainier, one of the 16 active Decade Volcanoes which could cause massive damage if they erupt. Luckily, no signs of eruptions as of the recent history and I had a chance to explore the beautiful landscapes on and around Rainier! Have you ever done this hike before? 🙃

African Safari in Tanzania (Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater)

africa safari

📅 June 2012 ▶️ In my effort of catching up with old trips before working on my new 4K material, I am now presenting you my very first trip to Tanzania in East Africa – nearly 10 years ago! Unfortunately, I had to remove the music from the original video and replace it with some new, so some original sound effects have been lost sadly. Hopefully you will still like the footage from both the world famous Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater!

Exploring Bahia de Las Aguilas Beach in the Dominican Republic

dominican republic

📅 December 2016 ▶️ It is rare to find secluded beaches that also take your breath away at the same time. Bahia de Las Aguilas Beach in the Dominican Republic was one of those, it required a combination of hitch hiking and walking to reach as there is no direct road access. The reward was having an absolutely gorgeous beach just for ourselves and stay the night with an amazing sunset! 😃
